Using Pro Bono Vault
These terms describe use of the Pro Bono Vault platform operated by VCVX Inc. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and submit only information you are authorized to share. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Pro Bono Vault is a resource, matching and information platform, not a law firm. AC™ research, newsletter content and platform-generated materials are informational, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for a qualified attorney’s advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the site. Do not rely on the platform to calculate deadlines, preserve claims or respond to emergencies. In immediate danger, call emergency services.
Independent providers and sources
Listings, referrals, case summaries and third-party links do not guarantee accuracy, eligibility, availability, representation or outcomes. Providers make their own acceptance decisions. Verify credentials, fees, deadlines and service terms directly with the provider. Citations do not establish that an authority remains good law.
Your submissions and permitted use
You retain rights in your original submissions and permit VCVX Inc. and its service providers to process them as needed to provide the features you request. Do not upload malicious files, impersonate others, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private data, send unsolicited bulk messages, or disrupt the service. Administrators may restrict access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.
